CONTROL stores the account, workspace, and content needed to provide the features you choose to use. This can include contact and work records, documents and uploads, connector-derived metadata, generated materials, and AI request/output records.

Some operational and governed records may be retained after a deletion request where necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal obligations, or a documented evidence-retention purpose. CONTROL does not present the bounded in-product deletion controls as full account or workspace erasure.

Model-session prompt and output bodies are currently scheduled for removal after 90 days. Associated operational metadata may remain for usage, security, and audit purposes. Connector permissions and stored credentials can be disconnected or revoked through applicable product controls.
