Data access, correction, and deletion requests

CONTROL handles access, correction, and deletion requests through a manual, authenticated review process. We verify the requester's identity and authority for the relevant account or workspace before acting.

Requests are reviewed for scope, workspace ownership, affected connectors, and records that may be retained for security, billing, fraud prevention, audit, or governed-evidence purposes. We confirm the action taken and any retained categories.

To begin a request, email mike@gatewaydata.ca from the account email and identify the affected workspace if known.

In-product job-search deletion controls are limited to the current workspace and are not full account or workspace deletion.
