When you use an AI-assisted feature, CONTROL may send your prompt, relevant feature context, and any selected input to a configured third-party model provider. Relevant workspace context can include configured business terminology or profile information used to complete the requested task.

CONTROL-owned provider credentials may be used for capped preview or evaluation experiences where configured. Bring-your-own provider credentials may be supported for eligible plans or workspaces.

CONTROL records model-run information. Under the current retention mechanism, prompt and output bodies in model sessions are scheduled for removal after 90 days; operational metadata can remain for usage, security, and audit purposes.
